4. The Service provides astrological report generation services for entertainment purposes.

§ 2. Definitions

1. Service – the website operating at lunarpair.com.
2. User – a person using the Service.
3. Report – an astrological relationship analysis generated by artificial intelligence based on data provided by the User.
4. Teaser – a free preview of the Report available before payment.
5. Account – a User profile in the Service providing access to purchased Reports.

§ 3. Services Provided

1. The Service offers:
   • Generation of personalized astrological reports for couples
   • Download of reports in PDF format
   • Access to purchased reports through User Account
   • Blog with educational content and advice
2. Reports are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They do not constitute psychological, therapeutic, or medical advice.
3. Report quality depends on the accuracy of data provided by the User.

§ 4. Terms of Use

1. Using the Service requires:
   • Internet access
   • A web browser supporting JavaScript and cookies
   • A valid email address
2. The User is obligated to:
   • Provide accurate information
   • Not share purchased reports with third parties for commercial purposes
   • Use the Service in accordance with law and good practices

§ 5. Payments and Purchases

1. Payments in the Service are processed through Stripe.
2. Available payment methods: credit cards, debit cards.
3. Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes.
4. After payment, the User receives:
   • Purchase confirmation via email
   • Link to the full Report
   • Ability to download the Report in PDF format
5. The Report is delivered immediately after payment processing (typically within seconds).

§ 6. Right of Withdrawal

1. In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the User does not have the right to withdraw from the contract for digital content delivered in a non-tangible form (PDF report).
2. The User expressly consents to immediate service performance before the withdrawal period expires.
3. For physical products (playing cards, premium packages), withdrawal rights apply in accordance with applicable regulations - details in Return Policy.

§ 7. Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the Service can be submitted to: hello@lunarpair.com
2. A complaint should include:
   • User's name and email address
   • Description of the problem
   • Report ID (if applicable)
3. Complaints are processed within 14 business days from receipt.
4. Response to the complaint will be sent to the email address provided in the complaint.

§ 8. Intellectual Property

1. All content on the Service (texts, graphics, logos) is protected by copyright.
2. The User acquires the right to use the purchased Report for personal use only.
3. Copying, distributing, and modifying Service content without the owner's consent is prohibited.

§ 9. Liability

1. The Service is not liable for:
   • Decisions made based on Report content
   • Consequences resulting from incorrect data provided by the User
   • Service interruptions due to maintenance or technical failures
